It cost too much to build the utilities between land and island. But we need to solve the growing electricity consumption demand for the people who lives in the island. In order to solve this problem, our engineers and local energy department of Shantou Government built a testing site on the Nanpeng island in 2010, until now, it works well during these 7 years. Besides, in 2013, 7 pieces of HY-3000 wind turbine were installed at China Antarctic Scientific Research Base. This is a huge success in the history of small wind turbine development.

Patented Generator
The rotor of HY series wind turbine is made of high quality stainless steel rotor shaft. Attached with the most powerful permanent neodymium magnet, the unique winding and special design stator reduces the start-up torque of alternator which ensures the generator could produce more power at lower wind condition than others.
Low Start Up Wind Speed
The wind turbine can be turn by the light breeze (1.6m/s to 3.3m/s) just like the former wind turbines in the third generation of HY series. And the wind turbine starts to cut in at the wind speed 3m/s and gradually stops when the wind speed is higher than the preset speed, and it protect the wind turbine itself.
Superior Performance Generator
Generator generates about 50% more power at low wind speed range (2-3m/s annual average wind speed) compare with wind turbines with same rated output, and about 30% more power at 5-6m/s wind speed range.
Low Noise
Aerodynamics Braking limits blade to rotate at rated RPM which could avoid higher noise and vibration caused by extreme wind.
